Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, timing is everything and highly valued. Understanding that emergencies happen, you are able to transfer your deposit up to 14 days out from original appointment scheduled date. Less than a 24 hour notice or No Call No Show, your deposit is forfeited. All clients have a 10 minute grace period if running late, anything after 10 minutes will result in deposit being forfeited also appointment cancelled. Deposits are non refundable. By booking you authorize this business to charge your card on file a no show fee of up to 100% of scheduled value, should you miss your visit without proper notification.
